The really funny thing is that the corporations will be laughing all the way to the bank with the reform that is coming.

Great spirits have always found violent opposition from mediocrities. The latter cannot understand it when a man does not thoughtlessly submit to hereditary prejudices but honestly and courageously uses his intelligence.

Right you are, but you forgot to add the fact that the Democrats love them also because that is a huge voting block for them. Try to be fair, if you can.

Yep. Now that the Democrat Party has the African-American vote locked down tight without having to earn it, they can go give away all the cheap labor jobs to the illegal immigrant, lock down their vote as well, and keep the African-American youth unemployment at 50%, impoverished, and still blaming Republicans for Democrat results. Best of all worlds for the Democrat Party, where they do absolutely nothing for their constituents except direct their anger at false boogeymen, while locking down their votes, and corporate pals of the Democrat Party get the free ride for greasing the palms of Democrats.

And you buy the Democrat Party line hook, line and stinker.

You nearly got me there. For the first few lines I thought you were actually concerned about the ghetto communities!

I am very concerned with those within the ghetto communities, Laz. I'd like to see them supporting themselves, with strong families in nice neighborhoods - and no longer dependent upon a government handout for an impoverished, devalued existence, doomed for forever to vote for those who continue to heap that circumstance upon them, never doing anything to improve it, and constantly insisting they can't make it without their help because it's all whitey's fault (even as many other minorities find a way to be successful here).

I'd like them to be taught how to run their own business, and what the basic economic laws are, instead of having their masters keep them ignorant while passing legislation like the CRA, which kept them impoverished and turned them into easy prey for the very banks that empower the Democrats.

I'd like to see them as my stable, successful neighbors in my middle class neighborhood, contributing to a strong society as a whole, and not impoverished, uneducated pawns in Democrat-created ghetto war-zones, whose only alternative to escape that poverty...is crime.

Not that you'd even think people like me are capable of having that in heart.

Latino and African American communities desire success for their communities 100 times more than you desire it for them. Strangely, the Republican, Conservative and Tea Party rhetoric does not usually indicate concern but rather disdain, blame and harshness.

Some do.

We have a small town version of a ghetto where I live.It is the trailer park.

Racial numbers are pretty well equal, white, black, and hispanic.

Not a affluent area obviously. But it has it's own version of the wrong side of the tracks.

Living on the right side means well kept if modest trailer homes, neat lawns, children cared for and both parents working.

Different shifts so they don't have to pay daycare. Those are the "I can's".Not privileged ,not highly educated with well paying jobs.Just those that want the best they can manage for their families with hope for something better.

Taking a left at the end of the street and down a half of block, you enter another world.

The "I can't crowd"

Ill kept trailer homes, unmown lawns, residents whiling away a summer day in a lawn chair with a pack of cigarettes and a can of beer.Often will see their children urinating in the street.

It isn't opportunity, talent, skin color,or influence that makes such a striking difference.

Everything you do is based on the choices you make. It's not your parents, your past relationships, your job, the economy, the weather, an argument, or your age that is to blame. You and only you are responsible for every decision and choice you make, period ... ... Wish more people would realize this.

Laz, I don't think you would know the truth if it held you up with a gun, and pistol whipped you for an hour. All the while yelling, "what's my name, what's my name!!??".

You notice that is the only way some can respond. Simply mocking and refusing to address an issue.

I don't know where you live but in MN,undocumented workers are generally living in subsidized housing or in ghettos.

The fact they are illegal pretty well assures they will end up in a ghetto situation.

Certain portions of Mpls have their own ghettos. Each having a heavy concentration of illegals

Because of what it does to the reason the liberal party has to exist.

If the message of Dr.Carson,Bill Cosby and a very few others

were taken to heart(Cheered) think what it wold do to the welfare, food stamp, medicaid programs that are the mainstay of the liberal party
