Dorothy E. Krohn, 97, Almond, died Tuesday, April 16, 2013, at Crystal River Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Waupaca.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Almond Seventh-Day Adventist Church, with Pastor David Geurraro officiating. Burial of cremains will be in the Almond Village Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the church Friday from 1 p.m. until the services.

Hardell-Holly Funeral Home in Almond assisted with arrangements.

Ms. Krohn was born July 27, 1915, in Marshfield, a daughter of the late Albert and Lydia (Seefeld) Krohn.

She worked for many years as a licensed practical nurse (LPN). She is a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Almond.

Survivors include one brother; Harold Krohn, Waupaca, seven nieces and nephews, and numerous great nieces, great nephews.

She was also preceded in death by one brother, Albert; and one sister, Lucille Peterson Branch Jorgenson.
