Stan, not just Adventist teachers!

I teach at a school run by the Church of England, and the teachers there do much the same.

Particularly with the younger students.

Seems to be universal?

From what I've seen --- Adventists donate more for our schools than any other denomination. (Except for the Catholics perhaps)

May we be one so that the world may be won.

I agree with Graeme, it does seem to be universal. Lutheran school teachers donate quite a bit of their home supplies, as do the public school teachers in our district.

Universal, yes. I have yet to meet a teacher that is not supplementing the work they do at school. Here in the USA we talk alot about education but are very hesitant to support it fully. After all.....would we want our 'future' to be will educated!!!! peace

Every day should be Teacher Day!!!!

Its the same in the public schools here. Teachers spend a lot of money to make their classrooms a nice and happy learning environment for kids.

It seems to be a common thing in any country that pays its teachers a halfway decent salary.
