Is that Biblically correct or culturally correct, or both, or neither? Mrs. Gray doesn't care about what culture that comes from - the better question is, is it right?

Biblically, fornication of any kind is lacking descretion in sexual relations and thus promiscuous. Culturally it varies. In today's America casual sex is so common that many unmarried women do not even know who the father is when they get pregnant. So what one person considers promiscuous another could consider prudish.

My standard is a little higher than most Americans. Whenever references are made to sinful sexual conduct I see that as a sexual overtone. Most comedies are filled with sexual overtones. It infiltrates most of the productions in Hollywood that I have seen over the last decade.

Having sex once in two years, total, with a person to whom one is not married, certainly counts as fornication, but it's a long stretch to make it count as promiscuity...

Anyway, not an important issue (my correction of Shane isn't, fornication is), just thought I'd kick it out there. Didn't mean to start an argument.

And I won't start an argument with Mrs Grey because there's little point taking on that kind of extremism seriously.

Mrs. Gray with all this talk about movie going I need some advice. The last movie I saw in a theator was a musical with Nelson Eddy & Janette McDonnal, if I should find a wig & horn rimmed glasses to not be noticed as I enter the theator [someone may tell my pastor] what movie should I start with? I hear there is a new one out with Gary Cooper, was it Seargent York or something like that? I ask you this knowing you are aware where good wigs can be purchased, or do you have a old discared one to loan me as this movie going may not be my cup of tea?

Is it because some of us think of Mrs Gray as an "Eh" instead of an "Ah" ?

D'oh! My apologies for that, Mrs Gray. The Australian spelling of the word is 'grey', and the American spelling is 'gray', which is what had me confused, but of course your name is spelled the same way everywhere. Apologies again and I will try really hard to always get it right.
