cricket Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 Every time we have a flash-flood warning, or severe storms or tornadoes, our NOAA weather device gives us a signal and a warning. And every time I have to laugh when I think, "Thanks NOAA! Thanks for the warning."
