Many of you might have noted that I have not been posting for the last 3 months or so. That's because I have been banned.

I think she is right. I have been dialoging on Club Adventist for over 10 years and I have been very grateful for the process this dialog has provided me. It has been useful because I have always felt that being honest and open is the best policy. At this point I think would have to edit my dialog too much, for my taste, to stay since it appears this does not fit within the mission of ClubAdventist.

I have always been open that I think religion is ultimately harmful to the human race and that I have found being free of it very helpful and I have had the opportunity to dialog privately with a fair number of you.

I am voluntarily removing myself from further participation because it is certainly within the right of ClubAdventist to set the tone of discussion. And I want to respect that.

I also found that I want to put my energy into other opportunities that have opened up for me to help others who are transitioning out of religion. That process is a rather chaotic and confusing one and I have enjoyed being a part of that process and ClubAdventist has been no small part of helping me transition. I will certainly reference many dialogs that I have had here.

There are no hard feelings on my part and I wish each of you personally the best. As all things in this life, everything comes to an end. The great thing about endings is that they often open up new beginnings.

I will miss you a lot Card. While I do not agree with you on all things (though on many I do) I have found your post to be filled with intelligence and they have challenged me to look at my own beliefs with deeper insight. Will pm you my email if you are interested in any further conversation.

Sorry to see you go. You are one of the people here who really made me think about why I believe what I do. I appreciated your honesty; although I must admit that it sometimes was blunt enough to shock me. I actually changed the way I think about some stuff cuz of your posts.
