Administrators Gail Posted June 6, 2011 Administrators Posted June 6, 2011 Thanks, Pam! Well, my car's not quite there yet but I've seen some heftier gas purchases on the pump displays. Our fill-ups are at $60, which in itself is a crying shame. Quote Isaiah 32:17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.
Members phkrause Posted June 6, 2011 Members Posted June 6, 2011 Yeah that's a pretty steep price. Here in Florida the prices have come down about 0.30 cents in the past couple of weeks. They got up to about 3.99 and than promptly came down a lot faster than they went up. Dottie Posted June 7, 2011 Posted June 7, 2011 I also noticed that today. One place was charging $3.56/gal. 190 gallons seems like it was a very large truck? Quote

If that's the case than BJs and Costco's price's will be even lower. Quote phkrause When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; But when a wicked man rules, the people groan. Administrators Tom Wetmore Posted June 10, 2011 Administrators Posted June 10, 2011 Just filled up my son's car for him for about $33 at $3.69/gallon. Thankfully his little Saturn gets 27mpg city driving with the air conditioning running. But I was happier to fill up my motorcycle for about $16... Stan Posted June 11, 2011 Posted June 11, 2011 funny....but then I looked at the number of views of other things I've posted lately, and I've decided it isn't worth my time. I have never really trusted that as an accurate figure... I have seen in the who's online 30 people looking at a post, and it only showed 5 views. Guest Posted June 11, 2011 Posted June 11, 2011 Where is the "who's online" feature now? I haven't seen it in over a year, and I have looked for it. Quote
Woody Posted June 11, 2011 Posted June 11, 2011 Where is the "who's online" feature now? I haven't seen it in over a year, and I have looked for it. Yeah. I've missed it also. I think it is hidden now - so that just the approved can see it. Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology.
Woody Posted June 11, 2011 Posted June 11, 2011 "I see" said the blind man. Finally an admission. For years I've felt that you were blind. Now at least you are fully admitting it. Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology.

Amelia Posted June 11, 2011 Posted June 11, 2011 That feature was turned off because it was causing glitches. It's exactly these kind of comments that drive me away. Back to my vacation. You may think that your kind of comments are cute. THEY ARE NOT. At least they are NOT welcome. This kind of petty arguing is exactly what chases people away. Including me. I for one am sick of it. Quote May we be one so that the world may be won.
