bluebelle Posted August 18, 2012 Posted August 18, 2012 Kind of reminds me of this line that Ray Romano used to say about the difference between kids and adults when they "daydream". If I recall correctly, he was driving with his daughter. When he looked over at her she had a beatific grin on her face. When he asked her what she was thinking about, she said "Candy." He said that if an adult thought about candy, that would lead to cavities which means going to a dentist which leads to expenses which leads to staying in your job that you can't stand which leads you to wonder why you're here which leads to you realizing you're gonna die which leads to realizing you have to take care of yourself better, etc, etc, etc. A little bit of it is in this vid: Ray at the shrink (it gets a teensy bit racy towards the end) Quote
