teresaq Posted October 17, 2011 Posted October 17, 2011 Yeah. It works great. Ever tried it? Except that we do it for 3 min. May depend on the microwave. Quote facebook. /teresa.quintero.790

Dottie Posted October 18, 2011 Posted October 18, 2011 Beautiful! Makes me want to go out and find some fresh corn! (yes, I know it's not in season) Quote
Administrators Gail Posted October 18, 2011 Administrators Posted October 18, 2011 I'd like to give it a whirl, too. We are just on the tail end of our corn season. The corn you buy now for eating on the cob is tougher than it was a few weeks ago. :( Quote Isaiah 32:17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.

Liz Posted October 19, 2011 Posted October 19, 2011 I tried this last night. Four minutes was waaaaaay to long, more like 2 and a half to three minutes for my microwave. But it worked wonderfully. dwplbaker Posted October 22, 2011 Posted October 22, 2011 This really works. Have previously tried it. You do need to be careful to watch out for the cooked grub worms that may be hiding in the corn. Although they would now be cooked. Quote
