LifeHiscost Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 while Snowden told definite secrets he was sworn not to, Jesse has told multitudes of "facts" causing enormous suspicion in every niche and corner of U.S. government. So should Snowden take punishment for what he did because he broke confidence with the government he swore to protect, while Jesse Ventura told his information after he was out of office. Is that enough to absolve Ventura from responsibility as a loyal citizen of the country which gives him the very freedoms permitting his actions? At the minimum, his disregarding privileged information has incited discontent which we have yet to see the full impact. God cares! Quote Lift Jesus up!!
Members phkrause Posted July 12, 2013 Members Posted July 12, 2013 There is a difference in my mind. Snowden gave out info to other countries, and who knows if he didn't sell stuff. Venture is telling us, in his opinion, whats wrong with our government. Quote phkrause When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; But when a wicked man rules, the people groan.
