On the other hand I have never found it difficult at all - neither has Dave, as you can hear. Does it follow that Australians are just naturally superior at accents? Did someone say "Actor"? Speaking as one who is a director of actors and who looks for excellent acting abilities I have this to say..... As an Aussie, he's a lousy actor playing a teacher.....while not a very exciting role, it is one that demands concentration and forth right speaking abilities as to convince the audience that he is a teacher, and is an excellent speaker....Dave studders too much....and repeats himself....Sort of like he is trying to convince you of something that he is obviously not....... As though a more seamless, polished, rehearsed but not actively thoughtful presentation would be better... My reaction is that, if you can't tell I'm thinking, I'm probably not... and if I'm not thinking, you might as well just watch a video. Quote Truth is important
