Members phkrause Posted August 6, 2013 Members Posted August 6, 2013 Not sure this goes here. Please move if need be. Thanks Yousef grew up in a wealthy Islamic fundamentalist Muslim Brotherhood home in Egypt. His father led meetings three times a week to read the Quran and made it mandatory to attend the call to prayer, the azan, at the local mosque. As a youngster Yousef felt privileged to be born into such a family. But as a teenager, he started having misgivings about everything he'd been taught. http://www.beliefnet.com/Faiths/Gallerie..._term=yahoo.com Quote phkrause When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; But when a wicked man rules, the people groan. LifeHiscost Posted August 6, 2013 Posted August 6, 2013 Thanks for that PK. It helps me to see what may be in store for Adventists throughout the world in the not too distant future. It also reveals that the controversy between Christ and satan will be more intense when it becomes expedient to accept political joined with religious views, as a viable means of governance. I wonder if that will also be the reality of the shaking that is beginning in some places around the world, to God's final endtime people? IMO, it only makes sense, born of recent events along with biblically sound predictions. God cares! Quote Lift Jesus up!!
