Members rudywoofs (Pam) Posted September 21, 2013 Members Posted September 21, 2013 This is a presentation put together by my photographer friend, Gregory Summers, of Boulder, Colorado. Here's what he wrote: "While the Boulder area has been devastated by floods, I present this slide who to remind us all, we live in one of the most beautiful places on Earth. We are stewards of this land - as one voice each, we can become a larger voice for a more caring and less materialistic way to live. We can live in peace. The best and most beautiful things in life are free for those willing to see." Quote Pam Meddle Not In the Affairs of Dragons; for You Are Crunchy and Taste Good with Ketchup. If we all sang the same note in the choir, there'd never be any harmony. Funny, isn't it, how we accept Grace for ourselves and demand justice for others?
Members phkrause Posted September 21, 2013 Members Posted September 21, 2013 Those were awesome Pam. And I agree Colorado is definitely beautiful. I believe each state has its own beauty. I can't even image what the earth made new will be like. The beauty will be beyond our imaginations. Lord willing I will be there to see it. And just a reply to this statement: We are stewards of this land I definitely agree with him, but unfortunately there are a few here who don't seem to think so. Quote phkrause When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; But when a wicked man rules, the people groan. Proverbs 29;2
Administrators Tom Wetmore Posted September 22, 2013 Administrators Posted September 22, 2013 Awesome!! Quote "Absurdity reigns and confusion makes it look good." "Sinless perfection is such a shallow goal." "I love God only as much as the person I love the least." *Forgiveness is always good news. And that is the gospel truth. (And finally, the ideas expressed above are solely my person views and not that of any organization with which I am associated.)
