Raj Attiken, president of the Ohio Conference, has announced his plans to retire.

Jay Gallimore, president of the Michigan Conference, and his fellow officers were re-elected for a new term at the Michigan Constituency Session this past Sunday.

Bob Cundiff was recently elected as the new president of the Northern New England Conference. He has been serving as the conference secretary. He replaces Mike Ortel who recently retired.

David Dennis has been elected as the new president of the Southern New England Conference. He replaces Frank Tochterman who recently retired.

Jim Stevens, president of the Texico Conference, has announced his retirement, effective December 31, 2013.

Robert Carmen, president and CEO of Adventist Health, has announced his retirement effective April 1, 2014.

George Knowles passed away on September 23 at the age of 89. Elder Knowles was a pastor, evangelist, associate speaker of It Is Written and a GC departmental director.

There were 248,000 hits from 95 countries on the Virtual Festival of the Laity under the leadership of Alfred Johnson, director of Adult Ministries for the NAD.

The Adventists 2 will be broadcast on PBS channels across the United States this fall.
