Your question could involve two possibilities:

1) You are taking a church service and live-streaming it. This is being done by many congregations. The church where I attend has a retired pastor who helps congregations live stream their services.

This is the easy one. Simply a bit of money and one can live-stream a professional service.

However you still have to train your people. E.G When you have a choir as a background for the preacher, you don't want to live-stream choir member sleeping, talking or acting out during the sermon.

2) You could be thinking of a service where members of CA fill the various roles. While possible in theory, the logistics are probably more than we could handle.

Interesting. I used to do this twice a week with one of the past members here. She and I met with a group of about 8 or 9 other Christians and had a short devotional, prayer for one another, and some songs too. It worked for us as long as the members kept participating. One group leader keeping everyone on task, but people were free to share as they pleased through the hour or so. Afterward, people who wanted to stay and chat, or have more prayer would do so.

It was one of the most rewarding and fulfilling worship experiences I've ever had.
