From what I understand Tom Delay is excatly like the Democrat leadership before the Republicans were voted into control. The Democrats use to rule with an iron fist too. I think Newt Gingrich made a lot of positive changes in Congress and since he has left the Republicans there have went back to doing things like the Democrats had done them for decades.
