Another major question is: Who does Scripture authorize to do the rebuking, of is Scripture itself the one that rebukes. Look at the context of that passage. Paul is speaking to Timothy, and Paul is telling Timothy that he should study scripture so that he (Timothy) would be takught, corrected, and rebuked. Paul does not say: All Scripture is fit to be used by Aquila to rebkuke you, Timothy. Quote Gregory
