Stan Posted October 27, 2005 Posted October 27, 2005 Seventh-Day Adventist condoles Obasanjo The president of North Western Nigerian Union Mission of Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Nigeria, Pastor Joseph Adebisi Ola has also commiserated with President Obasanjo on the death of his wife and air crash victims. A statement signed by Dr Dayo Alao quoted Pastor Ola as saying that “satan wanted to use these two tragic incidents to distract the attention of the President from the good course of sanitising this nation that he is charting,” adding that satan will not succeed,” because everyone knows that President Olusegun Obasanjo is a leader that has great faith in God whose leadership of this country has a divine touch.” A chieftain of People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Princess Gloria Adebajo-Fraser has described late Mrs Stella Obasanjo as an exemplary role model and mentor for the Nigerian woman. In her statement issued yesterday, on the two tragedies Princess Adebajo-Fraser also condoled the United State government on the demise of Major Heydon in the air crash. In his own condolence, Mr Peter Obi, the APGA governorship candidate in Anambra state prayed that “the airline will get over the terrible setback and continue its services to the people.. We also pray that the soul of Mrs Obasanjo and the souls of the 117 victims of the plane crash will find rest in the bosom of the Lord.” Quote If you receive benefit to being here please help out with expenses. https://www.paypal.me/clubadventist Administrator of a few websites like https://adventistdating.com
