And you think of getting up, and writing it down? But you think to yourself, "self, I'll remember this for sure in the morning!!" and just going to sleep? But then, in the morning, all you can remember is that you *had* the greatest thought or idea ever imagined, but now you can't remember it.... That happened to me last night when I was thinking about topics on the forum. But for the life of me, I can't remember what the thought was, or even which topic it pertained to!! Leave some writing tools by your bed. I use my Galaxy Note so I don´t have to turn on the light and disturb my wife. Trouble is I start reading items like yours, or I might get tempted to play a game. Quote
nuff sed Posted February 2, 2014 Posted February 2, 2014 During the night he had vivid dreams with ideas that would change the world but he could never remember them when he woke up in the morning. His wife admonished him to put a pad and paper on the night stand and think over and over, "Write it down, write it down!" before he drifted off to sleep!" So he did...and that night he had the most outstanding dream that he had ever had.. Ideas came that would change the world.. and he woke up with a start thinking "Write it down"... "Aha, I've got it", he thought and scribbled furiously on the pad. In the morning he woke and thought immediately , "I wrote it down"..... and there on the pad was written, "Write it down"!!!!
