Towards the end of the lesson, he asked his students: "Suppose I ask you to meet me for lunch at latitude 19 degrees, 7 minutes north and longitude 39 degrees, 13 minus east?" After a confused silence, little David Epstein volunteered: "I guess you'd be eating alone, sir!"
