Yep, I'm with ya! I mean, if I *had to* - if there was no other option - I would soldier on because I had to, but the question is whether it would even be living...

Everything material could go: it would be very uncomfortable and tough, but far better that than to lose family.

I must agree with Bravus. Without family life would certainly be empty; going through the motions.

A close second would be my church family.

I agree, Pam: there's something truly terrible about being isolated. The net has changed a lot of that for me in terms of making social connections with a much larger and more interesting group of people than would have been possible or comfortable for my introverted self face-to-face, too.

I do agree with most that family is great and than church family, but there is only one that we can always count on and that's Jesus. He would be my first, family second and church family definitely third.
