In Israel the 27th of April is Holocaust Memorial day and is observed by the nation. What I wondered is if the Administration of the Seventh Day Adventist church acknowledge this day and observe it also in recognition of the many Seventh Day Adventist people who also died with those Jewish people in the Holocaust for no other reason than that they were Seventh Day Adventists?

I don't think so, I've never heard anyone talk about this at all. All of my father's family except for one brother died in the holocaust. My father spent 5 years in 3 different concentration camps.

I'm really sorry to hear this pkrause. You, and your family, have my condolences and my utmost sympathy.

We must never forget what the Nazi's did, and the horror they unleashed in this world. History teaches us lessons we must never forget.
