History is more than a glimpse of the past; it is current and future recycling of events and human nature. We have again made our athletes into mythological gods. Our churches have become as superstitious and even more so than before the reformation, absorbing all of the fallacies introduced by Jesuit counter-reformers, basically ignoring Scripture, especially in prophetic interpretation. Pleasures of leisure, sports, electronic entertainment and partying have completely superseded family quiet time, prayer and morning and/or evening Bible study. The devastation of a global church-state dictatorship is a minute away and not any one seems to know nor care. The end result is that we will all sell our soul for another minute of self-fullness. To all this Jesus has said, "will their be any faith when I return?"
