Unreal what people do! I had read that a while ago. I remember back a number of years. We had just moved up to Lancaster, Massachusetts. I had gotten a job working for AUC press. My wife invited this couple over to play pool. At the time we didn't know, until a few days later, they didn't duck tape there kids, but they locked them up in a room so they could go out.

There have been similiar incidences here in Australia as well, its a good reason why we need to have extra capacity built into our jails so that some of these clowns get the message that child abuse is not going to be accepted irrespective of how stupid you are.
