That fourdimensional growth is God’s ideal for all his children. Unfortunately, some are in such dire state of poverty and neglect that their growth is stunted in every respect. Some situations are horrendous, and although we do not have the means to address all the needs, yet it is incumbent upon all of us to make every effort to bring relief to as many of the needy as God affords us.
