3 in 1 - 1 in 3

I just finished reading a SiFi novel “City of GOD” by R.S. Ingermanson. That I downloaded from Amazon on the Kindle top 100 free Spirituality page. It is about time travel back in time to save Paul from being killed. I thought it was a good read. It is book 1 of a series.

In 57AD a conversation takes place in Jerusalem between the time traveling Physicist (Ari) and a local Jewish believer in Jesus (Baruch) who helps Ari.

Baruch:
“Explain to me again Brother Ari how HaShem made the Universe from three colors of quarkes”

Ari sighed, How could you explain quantum chromodynamics without resorting to mathematics and without discussing the experimental evidence – at least the parton model?”

They then have a discussion with Ari using the unseen bones of the body to try and explain unseen things.
Then at the end of the conversation:
Ari said. “they are three and they are one, both at the same time I do not know why”

THIS is what caught my attention as I automatically thought of the triune GOD: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.   And how we as 4 dimensional beings have trouble at times understanding how this can be. And others of us do not believe in such poppy-c-ock].

This caused me to lookup quark again after many many years. The stable ones are up, down with color charge, electric charge, spin and baryon number. The unstable ones are strange, charm, bottom, top which through particle decay change into Up or Down. I am out of my depth when it comes to Physics. So cut me a little slack please.

Quark are the building blocks of Hadron which is further divided into:
)Baryon the family that Protons and Neutrons belong to which are composed of three quark. And.
)Meson, which are unstable, and are composed of one quark and one antiquark. Charged mesons decay (sometimes through intermediate particles) to form electrons and neutrinos. Uncharged mesons may decay to photons. A Pion is part of the Meson family.
Leptons are not made of quarks one of this family is the Electron. I include the Leptons Electron as they circle the nucleus of the Protons and Neutrons and make up an atom and to try and tie in the Pion.
Just to try and pull it all together “Cosmic rays are particles traveling through space with high energies. Energy events as high as 3.0×1020 eV have been recorded.[142] When these particles collide with nucleons in the Earth's atmosphere, a shower of particles is generated, including pions.[143] More than half of the cosmic radiation observed from the Earth's surface consists of muons. I started this post to share the short thought below and then decided the quarkes needed some background.
SO:
To me the three in one/ one in three GOD has always been by Belief through Faith.
From the novel I gained the thought that:
The quarke is/ might be the physical manifestation by GOD where he is showing us how the three in one/ one in three can exist.
Then a little more thinking brought about that: the Pion could represent eschatology as they are unstable (1 quarke and 1 antiquarke) and are changed into many different particles/ a different particle. One of which is the electron.
The thought evolves into the electron revolving about the nucleus. Us revolving about GOD as the electron is singular and the nucleus is Plural.
Then the thought progresses: weather we are close to GOD or far away (as electrons are/ were thought to behave) we are GOD’s
