The Oakridge Adventist Church in the British Columbia Conference has set the standard in ministry to Millennials.  Their lead pastor, Rajkumar Dixit, writing with two others, has produced a seminal study of the spirituality of Millennials.  In this document, he has compared the ministry that the Oakridge SDA Church is doing with the characteristics of the population of the British Columbia Conference.   Their document is of much value.  You may access it at:

Did not read in total detail, but what I did read sounded very reasonable and the conclusion I would totally agree with. Although I don't 'fit' the age bracket of those the article is about, their thinking, feelings and thought processes are very similar to my own.

 

Good paper, well sourced.
