It's located directly under the status updates.. The easiest way is to add the link to your tool bar - that way, you can access Amazon.com without having to log into C/A, but C/A will still benefit from the purchase.. I spent several hundred dollars at Amazon in January 2015. OK, I see the ad on homepage. I never go to that page, but I can easily use that link when making purchases.
