Clio Posted December 8, 2005 Posted December 8, 2005 I was just have a chat with Jesus about this last night. He suggested when I notice not nice thoughts regarding others in my mind that I sing for Him. I was driving and mumbling under my breath about the driving habits of the person in front of me who had just cut me off and it occurred to me to ask Him how he dealt with the feelings of "I don't do things like that to you, why must you do things like that to me? mumble mumble mumble" After I recognized it and demanded protection from the Adversary mumbling those words into my ear, and sang as instructed, those thoughts left and the next set that showed up in my mind was, "I wonder if they know Jesus is coming soon?" and I could then pray for them. Weird how similar things go on in ones life when you share among like-minded brethren. Clio Quote A heart where He alone has first place.
