This was one of the biggest elephants our driver had ever seen. This short movie was a file only desktop and all I did was drag it to this post. Moderators james423 Posted May 2, 2015 Moderators Posted May 2, 2015 Reminds me of a time when we briefly motored through the Wankie Game Preserve in what is now Zimbabwe. A big bull elephant like the one in your video was grazing with his herd a short distance away. We stopped to observe. All of a sudden, he got the idea that we needed to be chased away and came on a run with ears fully out and making a loud noise. Needless to say, we got out of there. Later I was told by some people in the country that he was harmless. Yet just a day or two before elephants like that had reduced a VW bus to a mound of metal two feet high (no one was injured - they had gotten out.
