news Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 Despite the economic challenges many are facing, Seventh-day Adventists in North Jamaica are undaunted and have doubled their efforts in showing kindness during the week October 5 - 10, 2013. The workers and members of the region visited the St. Ann’s Bay hospital maternity, children’s and women’s wards; distributed 124 meals to the homeless and to needy individuals living in nearby communities; conducted a health and wellness fair; and sought out the aged and the indigent, presenting to them personal care packages.
