Northern Caribbean University (NCU) is to put a freeze on tuition fees for the 2013-2014 academic year, in a move the institution hopes will ease the financial burden on its students. NCU President Dr Trevor Gardner, speaking during the graduation ceremony held yesterday at the university's Mandeville campus, said the institution's administration was examining ways to control tuition increases.
