Sonia Garcia, assistant director of the Office of Religious Affairs in Cuba, addressed the 7th World Congress for Religious Freedom today. Garcia, one of several officials invited to speak to attendees, described the current religious liberties enjoyed in her country and the challenges in further protecting religious rights.
