Adventist News Posted December 16, 2005 Posted December 16, 2005 NCC Chooses New President Yesterday, after prayerful consideration of 17 nominees, the Northern California Conference (NCC) executive committee voted Jim Pedersen as the new president. He currently is executive secretary. Pedersen began working in NCC in 1997 as pastor of the Napa Church. He joined the administrative team in 1999 as assistant to the president, and became executive secretary in 2001. He will take up his new duties on February 6, 2006. He fills a vacancy created when Ricardo Graham, current president, announced in November his acceptance of the executive secretary position at the Pacific Union Conference Quote
