joeb Posted May 22, 2015 Posted May 22, 2015 I use a couple of security products. One is AdBlocker the other is Ghostery. Ghostery reports 23 urls to which Gravatar is reporting usage. Gravatar is something that spies on its users and I'm unsure about whether it spies on those who don't use it with as many urls as it reports to. I find this thing to be a privacy nightmare. I don't understand why people will so willingly give up their privacy, and for what? An avatar? That's all your freedom and privacy is worth? A lot of you will object to my use of freedom, but if you have no privacy you have no freedom. Period.
