Adventist Calls for the Ban on Smoking in Public Places

As the countries across the Caribbean grapple with the effects of the abuse of drugs in all its forms, another appeal for the ban on smoking any substance in public places was made. The call came from the President of the International Commission for the Prevention of Alcoholism and Drug Dependency (ICPA) – Caribbean Bloc, Mr. Victor Roach.
