NCU and Turks & Caicos Government Sign MOU

Northern Caribbean University (NCU) recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI) Government and the TCI Mission of Seventh-day Adventists (SDA). Northern Caribbean University is to assist the Turks and Caicos Islands Government establish, manage and maintain a restorative and rehabilitative facility and system for juveniles and children who are orphaned and or abandoned and who are in need of a stable home environment.
