While the rest of the world recognized Holy Week and ate bun and cheese, over eighty Treasurers, Accountants and Auditors from all the Fields and Institutions across West Indies Union Territory gathered for an informative Treasury Council. It was held at the Union Headquarters from Monday March 17 to Thursday, March 20, 2008.
