Our newest outreach ministry worldwide is Hope for the Big Cities. In West Indies Union Conference it is manifested through such projects as the 'Good Samaritan Inn' in Kingston, Jamaica and S-CLAIM. Nevertheless, the traditional programmes of health care, visits to Infirmaries/old-age homes and prisons, formal and informal education, food, clothing, disaster relief, providing shelter, and youth development continue.
