Mrs. Mary Bowerman, Deputy Chief Inspector, Schools Inspectorate, Cayman Islands Government, opened the facility, which was built at a cost of CI$600, 000.00. Mrs. Bowerman, who is also the link inspector for Cayman Academy commended the leadership of the Cayman Islands Conference for its bold initiative in building the new facility.
