The Northern Caribbean University, at its Commencement to be held on August 13, 2006, will be conferring honorary doctoral degrees on Jamaica’s Opposition Leader, Mr. Bruce Golding, the Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, the Rt. Hon. Perry Christie and the President of the Inter American Division of Seventh-day Adventists, Pastor Isreal Leito.
