Gregory, I don't know if it just happens to me, but every time I click on any of your AT links, it takes me to the same page (seen below).  If I try to do a google search for the articles, I can sometimes find them, but it's a hassle..  Too bad, too, because I'd have liked read some of them..

Two things happen and you do not get the same page even though it looks like it is.  The link in the OP does take you to the actual article.  You just have to page down to where the article begins.  So also for some of the other links that I have provided.  I check out every link that I provide and they all work to  take you to the article.

In some cases, the link that I provide takes you to a page that looks the same.   But, it has a link to the actual article and you need to  page to the bottom of the page and click on that link.

I could be wrong and others may know more about this than I do.  I suspect that this is due to the fact that people access AT by smartphones, tablets and more this is necessary due to the various operating characteristics.  I really do not know.

I sit on one of those Union Committees

We give the final approval based on criteria  that is provided to us by the various conference.  then we give the go ahead or thumbs down. When there is controversy it turns into a secret ballet. Some are very painful to turn down. the vast majority are approved, based on recommendations.
