I reckon many people, such as myself, thought all of the committees, time and monies spent would bring some conclusion to the issue. So, it seems nothing has changed in the GC position of WO. WO will b e done by some and not by others, as currently the situation is. My opinion only...the desert has gotten bigger(must be the global warming)!! Dr. Shane Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 The vote, when compared with past votes on the issue, shows a trend toward more church members accepting the idea of women in the ministry. I was hopeful this would pass but I didn't realize until the last few days before the vote that Ted Wilson was against it. That by itself probably persuaded many of the delegates not to support it.
