Amelia Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 Out the Window George Bush, Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld are flying on Air Force One. The President looks at the Vice President, chuckles, and says, "You know, I could throw a $1,000 bill out the window right now and make somebody very happy." The Vice President shrugs and says, "Well, I could throw 10 $100 bills out the window and make 10 people very happy." Not to be outdone, the Secretary of Defense says, "Of course, then, I could throw 100 $10 bills out the window and make a hundred people very happy." The pilot just rolls his eyes and says to his co-pilot, "I could throw the three of them out the window and make 56 million people really happy." Dr. Shane Posted January 7, 2006 Posted January 7, 2006 Now imagine if they would all have strokes and die. Wouldn't that be a barrel of laughs! Quote Pastoral Family Counselor... Find me at www.PostumCafe.com Author of Peculiar Christianity
Planey Posted January 7, 2006 Posted January 7, 2006 No it wouldn't. I think it is sad that many people would be happy if those three individuals were to die - whether you agree or disagree with their politics you should still be distressed if they were to die. And it dpesn't matter if they were thrown out of an airplane or died of a stroke it would still be an event which would sadden you. Moderators Bravus Posted January 7, 2006 Moderators Posted January 7, 2006 Perhaps they can be thrown out in an election instead: that'd make a lot more than 56 million people happy. Quote Truth is important
