If Theocracy was Good for Ancient Israel, Why Isn't It Good for America?

It should be noted that the statement in the appendix was not written by EGW and that it is  in specific reference to an EGW statement  on page 603.

Theocracy was built for the God's people specifically back then. Is America( I suppose you mean North America) the only God's chosen country?
