Abortion....why some pro-lifers chose to use deadly force.

If a policeman saw a person trying to murder a newborn he would shoot the perpetrator.  Why? He would be protecting the life of that newborn. 

Therefore, it's not far fetched to see why some pro-lifers are willing to protect the life of the unborn by whatever means possible. The end justifies the means in their minds.

Robert, you fail to understand how the law applies to law enforcement people.  The policeperson would attempt several other action prior to shooting the person.

If pro-lifers are indeed pro-life, rather than killing those who kill babies, they might try to buy the babies from those who don't want them and raise them themselves. Somehow unborn babies do not have the protection of the law that newborns have because their hosts (mothers) have more "rights" than the unborn and can control whether they live or die.

This is an excuse used by opponents of pro-lifers to justify abortion.  Besides, we have folks looking to adopt.  We also have orphanages. There's no excuse for abortion as birth control.  Reproduction rights is a phrase used to justify murder.
