I was looking at the photos on the front the other day, and of course have identified EGW. The main photo is, we think, J.N. Loughborough, but I don't know about the photo in the upper left, which I have darkened so you can see which one I'm talking about. I've done a lot of searching online and have found a few near matches, but the ones I've found are much older individuals. Does anyone know who this is? Thanks! LynnDel Quote LD

Not having the book with me yet I couldn't look, but I'm guessing that since your asking, you probably have already looked? I'm in agreement with Tom and Gail, that it could be Uriah Smith!! I've seen photos of a much older Uriah Smith many times, but never this one. Yes, pkrause, I did look front and back inside and outside the book cover. If the info is there, I missed it. It is a fascinating book, and since we don't always get to read it every day, we are going through it again, and this time we are marking the pages read -- so next year we will read the unmarked pages! Of course, some of the info is sequential, which means a little backtracking and/or quizzing sometimes, but it's not a bad thing. phkrause 1 Quote LD
