Seren's staff risked their own lives in order to educate Liberians to avoid the disease and distribute bleach and bucket kits. No one in the villages they worked caught the deadly disease. She does her fund raising in the U.S. Her staff is mainly made up of locals, the director of which comes over to America to do fundraising tours with her. Sometimes she goes over with family members. She takes donated soccer shoes and balls. Otherwise it is a constant round of PR for her. When my son was living there, she came over with Mercy Ships and that was when she developed LACES.
