Members phkrause Posted November 3, 2015 Members Posted November 3, 2015 Ethel and Marvin Himmelfarb were on a car trip when they stopped at Moishe’s Delicatessen for lunch. Ethel left her glasses on the table, but didn't miss them until they were back on the highway. By then, they had to travel quite a distance before they could find a place to turn around. Marvin fussed and complained all the way back to the restaurant. “Oy, Ethel, always with the forgetting! Now we have to go all the way back, and for what?!” When they finally arrived, as Ethel got out of the car to retrieve her glasses, Marvin said, "While you're in there, you may as well get my hat, too." rudywoofs (Pam) and GayatfootofCross 2 Quote phkrause When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; But when a wicked man rules, the people groan. Members rudywoofs (Pam) Posted November 3, 2015 Members Posted November 3, 2015 LOL — I think that's probably more true than we'd care to admit!!! GayatfootofCross and phkrause 2 Quote Pam Meddle Not In the Affairs of Dragons; for You Are Crunchy and Taste Good with Ketchup. If we all sang the same note in the choir, there'd never be any harmony. Funny, isn't it, how we accept Grace for ourselves and demand justice for others?
