Dottie Posted January 14, 2006 Posted January 14, 2006 Every Friday we have Tuscan minestrone (recipe on the back of the cannellini can). It's easy, quick, and my little one will eat it if I blend it up. But I use half as much oil, McKay's seasoning, and drain and rinse the beans to remove the salt. Crackers on the side: sometimes wheat saltines; tonight it was low sodium triscuits, with whatever spread suits each person's fancy. Quote
